I am very disappointed with this kind of poor, worst, or pathetic return service provided by Amazon.

Received on the 13th of December as a bit of a used product, but still, we accepted it and tried to use it, but the performance was very poor, and we are not satisfied with this product, so we raised a request on the 19th of December for a return pick-up scheduled for the next day, i.e., the 20th of December, but nobody from the Amazon pickup team gave a single call to me and did not visit my place.
So in the evening, I gave a call to customer care and explained to them that the customer care team had taken my complaint and rescheduled a pickup for December 23rd because they said, "We aligned the senior pickup team to pick up your returnable item, and on December 21st and 22nd, the team was not available, " so they scheduled it for December 23rd.
Today is the 23rd, and nobody again came to pickup; no senior team, no call. Today again, I called customer care, and they again took my complaint and assured me that this time, within 72 hours, your returnable item will get picked up for sure.
So many times, Amazon has made fake promises to their customers, and the very strange thing is that the Amazon pickup team themselves cancelled the pickup schedules and entered any reason on behalf of the customer.
Is it Amazon customer service?
Who gave the customer rights to the pickup team to put any response on behalf of the customer?
It's my humble request that Amazon kindly pickup the item and intimate my refund as soon as possible; otherwise, I will take this to the consumer forum and social platforms.
