I had placed Order#[protected] for Prestige Popular Svachh Spillage Control SS Lid Cooker -5L capacity on e-Commerce site Amazon India on Nov 07, 2023. Order Supposed to be delivered through Retail EZ Pvt. Ltd. I recieved wrong delivery of Prestige 5L cooker with out spillage Control Lid on Nov 09, 2023. I requested for Replacement of the Cooker with the right one as per order on Nov 10, 2023. Amazon Delivery informed that delivery expected by Nov 13, 2023 But informed that delivery was attempted and failed, though we were at home during Diwali vacation. I complained through Amazon Chat box (Rahul) for replacement on Nov 15, 2023, it was promised delivery will be made with in 24 hours. But today Nov 17, 2023 Amazon is updating my order status as refund money after collecting the wrong delivery by their own discretion. Even if they collect today money will be credited to me by Nov 24, 2023. So E-commerce giant coldly kept our money for almost 17 days! Alas I had already booked for extended warranty of 1 year which can not be cancelled. Hence I need the replacement no refund please. I trust TTK Prestige is most trusted brand shall too notice and take suitable action.
