Amazon — Product is under warranty and the company is not giving any satisfactory reply

I have purchased a fan from amazon with a warrenty of 1 year . After 1 month it stopped working . Now the seller from amazon is not answering and amazon people are not listening to the complaint.

Dont know what to do.

Please help me out with this..
