I'm not happy with AmOnline Department because not take any action for 3days already since 31/03/2020 regarding my unsuccessful AmOnline transaction RM450. I did call customer care service for helping but yet no news and action taken by AmOnline department.

I have a friend who is facing the same problem at Ambank Kuantan recently.Her saving account with the amount of $38, 000 had been stolen. When check with the bank officer they just tell her to wait. the bank statement show the money in her account had been deducted or transfer many times but to whom it is not in the statement. A police report has been made. what kind of bank is this.
