No construction till date. Amrapali is not paying interest of from from six months. I am getting reminder & notice from bank but no effect on amrapali. They are totally cheating to buyers. I booked a flat in Amrapali Adarsh Awas Yojna, leisure valley, Greater Noida in December 2015. Till now, no construction has started. My Unit No. Q-G05. I really don’t know what to do as i got a call from investor clinic informing me about the horrors of amrapali builder as they will not start construction because of no money. Since I have a construction link plan and I already had paid them amount of Rs. 2, 15 lakh. Is there a way to get rid of this? I want cancellation of my flat and wants refund back. Many times I tried to contact them but no response from both of the company.

I booked a 2 bhk flat in aaa yojna in 2015 through investor clinic & paid 10% of the total amount. But after aaay declared bankruptcy since then no one is helping us.
Investor clinic told us that they will help me in transferring my money to other builder but no help after three years i am on the same stage.

I am really disappointed with aaay & ic.

I had booked a flat (Flat no. P405) in amrapali verona heights in year 2012 and had paid inr 12, 42, 989 to amrapali group.
In year 2015, i had some emergency at my home and due to which, i requested amrapali group to cancel my flat as i was in deep need of fund. They approved my request and cancelled the unit and provided the cheques for complete refund but when i submitted the cheques in bank, they started bouncing, i informed to amrapali group about that and then they asked to submit the cheques and they said, they will pay through rtgs.

It is really sad that my uncle for whom, i had requested to cancel my unit, is no more with us but still amrapali group has not given me the money and everytime they said that they dont have fund.

It is really frustrating for me and i am really worrying about my money and that's why i am approaching to you.

So please help us in this matter and do the needful for us. Thank you in advance.

Sir, i have booked a flat unit no. T - 403 in amrapali jaura heights, gh-02 tech zone iv greater noida west district gautam buddha nagar (Up) in october 2013. Till up to september 2016 i have paid rs. 19, 81, 245 /- through bank cheques. Delivery of flats was on december 2017. Till may 2018 i have not received any information regarding it's construction. I request your good self to file a complaint against the amrapali group why they have not delivered the flats to us in right time. I tried many times calling them on their mobile number but they are not picking up phone. I have booked one flat q-404 in amrapali adarsh awas yojna in dec 2015 at plot gh-02, tech zone iv greater noida and paid the 20% amount in mar 2016. Since then no work has started and no communication from them. Recently i came to know that project will not take off. I have invested my hard earned money and now feel cheated. Please refund my booked amount with interest immediately to settle the case.

It is of huge concern to me that I have not received any official communication from Amrapali Silicon City regarding the confirmed date of handling over the possession for the above mentioned unit.
I have signed the Buyer Agreement with Amrapali Silicon City on 08.01.2011.It was a commitment by the company that possession will be handed over on 07.01.2013.Thereafter, it was told that by the end of 2015, the possession will be given.
I am deeply saddened and anguished by your action towards your customers. Since 2011 onwards we have been visiting your office for several times. We regret to say inspite of several visits and letters we have never been understood the actual state of possession of my unit. Though it seems not to be in-built, falling which possession could not be handed over. In facts no progress of deliver of our flat is informed and vague Now the situation is tough that they are not even responding on this matter if this will happen then where we buyer will go? It was my hard earned money. I cannot let it go like that. Please let me know the date of Possession of my unit. I am living in rental accommodation and I do not have the resources to finance delays on account of your inefficiencies. There is no progress update from last 2 years and still it is same. My concern is when they are gonna giving possession or are they planning to file bankruptcy and wants to leave us the buyer in horizon.
In today’s time with so many builders around it is difficult to make trust in the market as once you have made. However, your neglance to your customers query will do no good to you.
I have written to you for so many times and seeked possession of the flat which I was promised to. Thus, once again I am requesting to you to give possession of my flat which belong to me.
Kindly give me the possession of my unit or refund my all payment with interest @ 24% per As soon as possible.
This is to inform you that I have already filed request for give me possession vide my letter dated 01.08.2017 and Email also but no action is being taken against my request.

Had booked 3 bhk in a sec-76, gautam budh nagar through investor clinic. Paid around 114, 50, 000 to amrapali and around 25, 000 to investor clinic.
Both investor clinic and amrapali have turned a blind eye to any inquiry. All the customers should get together to file a case against them in consumer court. If there is any whatsapp group please add us.

I booked 1bhk flat at amrapali dream valley high rise 2010. Till now paid 95% of total amount. Builder assured possession on aug, 2016. But project still unfinished, a lot of pending works to be done. Meanwhile builder stopped work at site. Only god knows whether flat will be delivered or not! Builder is supposed to pay penalties for delayed possession, but never did it. Govt is taking no action against builder, though they have collected hefty service charge on each installment.
I, as a buyer, now want justice. I want full refund with interest or immediate delivery of flat.

I booked home in 2015 in amrapali terrace homes.
When we booked, it was said that the building is ready. Therefore, you can invest without any worry. And also the builder promised that we will get the possession in 2017.
However, today also the update of the building is as such we saw at the time of booking and it has been more than 2 years.
Nowadays, there are so many complaints and news on the amrapali builder. So,...

Never thought amrapali will turn out to be such fraudster. I booked 1bhk flat at amrapali dream valley ii on jan, 2013. Till now paid 95% of total amount. Paying emi rs.16000 pm. Builder assured possession on aug, 2016. But project still unfinished, a lot of pending works to be done. Meanwhile builder stopped work at site. Only god knows whether flat will be delivered or not! Builder is supposed to pay penalties for delayed possession, but he never did it. I am in the verge of loosing all of money, paying burden of emi @ 15000/-pm and mental harassment as bonus. Govt is taking no action against builder, though they have collected hefty service charge on each installment.
I, as a buyer, now want justice. I want full refund with interest or immediate delivery of flat. Please lodge my complaint for legal proceedings against the builder for cheating the buyers like me, and for illegal money laundering and siphoning off our money to somewhere else with some ulterior motive of this builder amrapali group.

I have booked flat in amrapali Verona heights in august 2012 and since then i am waiting for my flat, Now we are standing at end of 2017 with 2 floors constructed.I dont see any possibility of completing the tower in next 5 years also. My only request is to amrapali group that please refund my money, since i dont want to spoil my present because of future dream house.

I lakshman prasad booked one bhk flat in amrapali dream valley project. My flat number a-5/1105. I already paid 95% payment to the builder. But till date i have not got my flat. Amrapali builder not attending any phone calls neither giving any reply of email. All the phone calls not responded. I have taken loan for this flat and i am paying house rent also....

I am holding demat and trading account with amrapaliaadya at vadodara. My client id is gj0120. Since many weeks nobody is responding from amrapaliaadya side. I have tried all the way to contact anybody but all phone lines nobody responding.in one article i read that sebi has also taken some actions against same. Please guide me how to get my money and holding back.

In amrapali platinum & titanium properties at sector 119 noida, the dog menace has become life threatening. Kids of the society can not step out to play or even go to catch school bus without parents as hundreds of dogs and pups have taken over the society and creating a mess. Kids being afraid run helter-shelter as dogs bark furiously and run behind kids resulting in kids getting hurt.
Request some concerned departments to please provide the solution of dogs removal from here.

Mai priya shahi, ghaziabad se aaj aapse ek request krti hu ki please aap hume hmara flat jo hume amrapali golf homes me resale me kharida tha kyuki humesa 11 month k baad rent 10percent badh jata hai nhi to fir dusra ghar khona v apne aap me bahut badi problem. Ye sab soch k humne apni total savings, loan or mata pita ke paise se amarpali golf homes me flat le liya. Avi tak hume nhi mila or karib 2 saal se amrapali group kuchh kam v aage nhi bdha rha. Meri 2 betiya hai jo twins hai or unki age ab 2+ hai. Mere husband ki ek medium type ki private naukri hai. Mai v savi ki tarah apne bachcho ko achchhe se padhana chahti hu lekin rent or emi dete dete hum bahut paresaan hai or mental stress se gujar rhe hai.. Aap hume humara ghar dilane me please help kare. Nahi to humara paisa wapas kijiye.
