Amron — Two wheeler battery

I have purchased a battery( no. BAB0152K20467) for my bike before three year approx. I have lost my guarantee card now. So i could not claim my guarantee with dealer.Battery was in five year guarantee product. So kindly check the record of battery and provide a claim on pro-rata basis to me.
