Back up very low of batterys.

I am prashant saxena from Agra. I purchased my alto800 car battery from dixit battery house on 03/03/2021. Its still in warranty. I am facing a issue with this battery. Every morning when i start my car it will not started. Battery drained completly.
Even though i visit to the shop today. He is just giving the excuses nt resolving my problem. Kindly resolve my issue or else i will file the complaint against you.

Sir my BIKE's BETTRY is under warranty now. But in service center I am asking for extra 1100 more whereas the price of BETTRY is only 1600RS

Unable to start my scooty.

Battery not working

My battery is under warranty but not working. I want to replace it

Bettrey are not properly charge
Backup not provide properly

Bettery is litteraly down after 6 months and when I go to near by amron shop they ignored me and told me that cannot replace when I have warranty card too . Behaviour of them all is soo weird !

I bought Amaron Battery on 31st March 2018 . .on my warranty card it mentioned Alfa and it was also written that the warranty period for Alfa is 5 years and the same thing committed by the seller also while selling the same. BAIO107S303154 & BAIO117S327332
Now yesterday on 10th July 2020 I visited Faridabad. Amaron Pointand requested a service person to check the battery..
First of all his behaviour was very rude and he started shouting at where the battery brought it down to the basement office. I am not having time to come to the ground level and check the same.

After many requests he came to check and said your warranty period has expired and it was up to 31st March 2020.
I said on my warranty card it showed a warranty period of 5 Years. Then he took my card and went to the office after some time he came and said sorry we can not do anything please talk to customer care because the battery is 2 month or we will give you the buyback value and balance amount you have to pay and purchase the new one.

I informed that earlier my battery had been changed twice Didn't notice what they had fitted as replacement.

Please find the attached detail and consider the Lockdown period & replace battery as earliest.

Battery is not charging

I have purchased a battery( no. BAB0152K20467) for my bike before three year approx. I have lost my guarantee card now. So i could not claim my guarantee with dealer.Battery was in five year guarantee product. So kindly check the record of battery and provide a claim on pro-rata basis to me. Amron is selling defective battery in India. i have purchase battery 14th December 2014 and it's discharged today.
there are no support from local distributor.
Government should take action this company and check quality of product, what they are selling to India customer.
i am Delhi based and number is +[protected].

I have purchase the batter on[protected] , last 20 days it showing black indication in place of green indication.

I had purchased the battery from S. Birla & Company , IIA Road No. 1, Kota, two times shown the battery but not replaced the battery

Ur help is required for replacement of battery
