Andhra University — Original degree (online hi-tech) not received

Address: Indian Overseas Bank, no 56 , bazaar street, Uthukottai, Tiruvallur -602026

I have applied for OD (Original Degree) on 11.06.2023 in online mode. Till now i have neither received OD nor any communication from the andhra university. In Online tracking it is showing in that the process not yet started. Kindly look into it and do the needful.
