[Resolved]  Annamalai University — Convocation Certificate - B.Sc

I have completed my B.Sc (Information Technology) from annamalai university distance education. The final year exams was held in Dec 2009. I got my provisional certificate by March 2010 along with application for convocation certificate. I had applied for Convocation certificate with the DD for the amount mentioned for the convocation certificate. But till now i have not received the same or any communication.
