[Resolved] Annamalai University — Not received migration certificate | |
I have not received my migration certificate. I have applied for migration certificate through email and paid fee online on 29th September, 2021 and send hard copy of all documents through registered post (as per instructions from Annamalai University), which is received by Annamalai university on 4th October, 2021. I am following up through email on AnnamalaiUniversity-COE-CELL [protected]@gmail.com but they are giving me instructions for applying migration certificate instead of answering my query. Nov 20, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved University emailed the letter parcel details of post on 13th Nov, 2021from email id [email protected] and finally received migration certificate on 17thNov, 2021.
I realised they have language issue, so I tried and emailed my complaint in Tamil (thanks to google translate) at same email id and they finally emailed the details.
I believe Tamil language and forwading complaint from here, both contributed to get my issue resolved. Though at cost of Rs.1000 as penalty of late fee at concerned university certificate has to be deposited by 15th Nov, 2021.
Thanks to consumer complaint team too. Annamalai University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
