Annamalai University — Transcripts

I had sent a mail to the university on 18th January 2022 for my transcripts to be sent to WES. They replied to my email saying the need a soft copy which I mailed to them on 24th January 2022, they received that however after I asked on the progress I was informed that the first year marksheet was not clear.

I mailed all the documents again on 29th January which they received however they still replied saying they have not received the documents.

I mailed all the documents again on 11th February and since then I have been asking them on the status of my transcripts, however no one has replied after continuous emails every single day. There are no numbers that work to call the university. Mail is the only option and this option too is an extremely slow and tedious process.

All I am asking for is a reply if they have received the documents (which they have as per courier company) and whether my transcripts are in process. As a student is this too much to ask?

I have already been given a runaround for my degree certificate, after following up for two months and finally going to the University in December I got my documents, I asked the Deputy CM that time, he had told me that my transcripts would not take time. I do not want to do the same thing again and travel all the way to the University. It is time consuming and an expensive process.

I have attached a screenshot of the mails that have not been replied to at all.

All I need is a timeline or a reply about what is happening on my transcripts process. I am really looking forward for a reply.

Hi, my name is Avik Ghosh, from Kolkata. I have applied for my transcripts inbetween September 23rd or 25th, it's been 3 month almost now and not getting confirmation about my transcripts that it has been dispatched or not. Replies are not coming of my mail, calls are not been picked up and I have mailed and called the grievance section also. The gentle told me through phone call that it will be done soon but every date has been failed and now he has stopped picking my call also. I have paid the amount while applying. Now I feel like that I have been cheated or what? It is really difficult to go to the university and get my transcripts as it's time taking and expensive too. I lost all hope now, there is no one who can help from the university? What kind of grievance department is it? I am still requesting to the management that please look into the matter and kindly solve my issue.
