[Resolved] AO Smith — 15L TR VAS. 15 Litre Geyser

I purchased above geyser on 04/01/2021 in Gurugram and in that season it broke down not less than 5 times. Each time the technician would come and repair and it would then work for few days or a week and again it would develop a fault.
The second season has just started and again it has broken down. I have requested by sending several emails that there is inherent problem with this geyser and they should replace it.
i have not received a positive reply from A O Smith so far

Updated by nirmalprim Today may be the 10th or 12th time that a technician has done repairs of my AO Smith Geyser purchased on 04/01/2020. The problem is that service request is being handled by company Balaji Enterprises, each time a complaint goes to AO, it is passed on to Balaji. AO then completely absolves itself of any responsibility. Product may be faulty, as it seems now that with VAS model, rust deposit forms on the sensor or thermostat . Balaji has been paid so he has to go and repair it. AO is not bothered about how much inconvenience is being caused to the customer or how many times a repair has been done on a new Geyser. Sad situation for the customer
