Hello I have purchased 2nos of AO Smith Geyser from United Lights Sco 18 sector 18c Chandigarh Sr. no B[protected] & B[protected] on 21 -11-14 The dealer informed me that he will request the company to supply decorative panel In the mean time we visited USA to our children . On our return we found that we did not receive the panel at home After many reminder to him now I am lodging complaint to u against the dealer for not supplying the panel So u r requested to lodge a formal complaint against the dealer and supply the decorative panel I am considering to buy two more geyser but I have to reconsider it if I have to get service like this Kindly take prompt action and reply I hope u will appreciate my genuine problem Thanks Yours Truly Surinder Gulati [protected] 1088/2 Panchkula [protected]@gmail.com
