AO Smith — I want replace the product

I have purchased your AO-smith water heater 15 ltr on 21st November 2020.
I have facing lots of problems with this product and I have registered the complaint 9 time from the purchasing of water heater is not working, two time you have changed the element and next time some other equipment, now again there is same problem, still water heater stop working. Request you to please replace the product as soon as possible.
I have purchase your water heater in 21st nov 2020...
In the two months (dec-20 and jan-21 i have complaint 7 time. After January season was finished, now this season i have complaints two time.
Please try to understand my problem.
