[Resolved]  AO Smith — issue with the new ao smith geyser

I bought ao smith water heater 2monts back and i have raised to get the issue solved. We are getting shocked while using water from water heater, the engineer visited twice has told there is no issue and we r still getting the same issue. I have raised the request one more time and i waited for a week no one turned up or responded. I never expected like this from ao smith. I want this to be resolved asap or replace the product.
