Raised complaint for service and asked to pay Rs.400/- as Service charge which I agreed, 2 days later received call from technician saying I need to pay fuel expenses as well, where I declined which is of total Rs.800/- hence case was closed updating false comments customer not willing to pay service charge. Escalated to AO smith and asked to reopen as there are false inputs, but customer service team declined to reopen and if required they will open new once and no action taken. Days are going and no service, not even confirming to dispose the unit, if they confirm I can dispose and purchase different brand where we can have good service. No response even after escalated via mail. Escalated to area manager as well, he is also supporting the Service Centre team, by deviating policy. Was this information helpful? |
