[Resolved]  AO Smith — product replacement or money back

We have purchased ao smith water purifier z8 model on 27.6.19 with huge expectations.
Before we purchased the product, ao smith technician came to our house and checked the water tds which was approx.150. He suggested that z8 model would be the best for us. He assured us that the tds level would be maintained at a safe level and there is a mineraliser technology which adds calcium and magnesium minerals back to water and balances ph also.
During the first service today when the technician named vasu checked the tds level for output water was 25. And the level for input water was 145. We are very much disappointed. This tds water level 25 is very bad for health. We cannot consume this water anymore as it not good for health.
Since the ao smith technician has suggested us this z8 model we purchased it. He assured us that the tds of water will be maintained at a safe level and minerals like calcium and magnisium will also be added.
We are very unhappy with ao smith service. We had huge expectations on this product.
Kindly resolve my problem or i will have to approach consumer court.
