I am very unhappy with the way AO Smith technicians are fooling customers, They are either resting the filter using some trick to remove the light of SCPA warning so that it comes back not within a month but just after that like mine came after 1 month 8 days after service.
My Last service log can be checked Ticket #17322133 which mentions SCPA filter change. I am almost confident that the filter changed last time was a used filter and the technician only changed SCPA filter or he pushed some reset button so that warning doesn't comes for 1 month or so.
If any of this is true than this is very serious issue and I am sure thousands other customers (who are not willing to openly complaint ) are facing the same issue.
So I kindly urge AO Smith team to take strong actions here and try to rebuild the broken reputation.
I can see many other complaints in this forum itself complaining about SCPA filters and Filter being duplicate and customer being fooled by technician. Not sure if any action was taken by AO smith team .But it is high time that this issue is highlighted to the senior Management so that these ill practices to fool customers should be stopped.
