I have purchased a flat in pochama basti humayunagar masab tank in december 2013 and my regular usage is very low as am a retired govt servant and senior citizen. but I am being charges with Rs 2500 each month of which my usage amount is 500 and the rest 2000 is FSA charges of 2011, when i approached the authorities in my area i was sent to different offices and i got tired of running from pillar to post in this age, my health is not well and my electricity has been disconnected few times as i couldn't afford to pay that kind of money but to get back my connection i had to borrow money from here and their few times and now i am in debts but my bills are the same, each month around 2500 of which 2000 is fsa of 2011.
why should i pay 2000 rs of fsa?? of 2011 - when i wasn't the owner or user.
i have also changed the name and ownership of the meter by submitting all the relevant documents including property purchase papers hoping that the amount will be corrected but of no use, my neighbouring flats are charged with 300 Rs fsa charges which is understandable and payable but 2000 Rs is rediculous.
