Frequent power cut...

I'm from yellore (vil), chittamur (mandal). We have a power cut
here from the past 2 days. People in our village are suffering a lot due to the powercut. please kindly inform to the relevant departments to have a look at this problem in our village.

I have purchased a flat in pochama basti humayunagar masab tank in december 2013 and my regular usage is very low as am a retired govt servant and senior citizen. but I am being charges with Rs 2500 each month of which my usage amount is 500 and the rest 2000 is FSA charges of 2011, when i approached the authorities in my area i was sent to different offices and i got tired of running from pillar to post in this age, my health is not well...

I am getting high domestic current bills for the last 3 months which is more than what I consumed actually. The additional charges are up to 300.
Actual consumed units are between 100 - 150 units only. Total charges are vary between 700 - 1000 rupees on an average in each month.
Please let me know the reason for this additional charges....

Our area electricity department services is worst. They not even bother to take our calls. every day we have power cuts at night timings between 10 pm to 12 pm worst than rural areas. And our areas AE of the AP Electricity department whose phone number is [protected] is least bothered about his area problems and his mobile will be switched off when there is problem in the area. And local line mans in the area are least bothered about the problem...
