I have purchased child enrollment tablet in apna csc portal and payment made through net banking. But apna csc portal receipt status shows unpaid if there is any problem in this status. The bank transaction status made success. Two receipt and bank statement are attached. I have made payment (30/06/2017) 2 month 28 days ago. I did not get tablet and also lost my cash. Any option to refund my amount if the transaction failed case. No response from
