I have purchased child enrollment tablet in apna csc portal and payment made through net banking. But apna csc portal receipt status shows unpaid if there is any problem in this status. The bank transaction status made success. Two receipt and bank statement are attached. I have made payment (30/06/2017) 2 month 28 days ago. I did not get tablet and also lost my cash. Any option to refund my amount if the transaction failed...

Dear sir/madam

I have paid lic premium to csc center on date 27/09/2016 by cash & i get premium receipt from your csc center same day. But when i have paid next due of lic policy on date 30/03/2017 in lic office he said that your old premium is pending.
I have told his that i have already paid last premium to csc center on date 27/09/2017 & shows receipt of premium paid. After lic give the statement of this policy payment...
