My iphone 13 pro suddenly started flickering and then turned completely yellow . The touch is working as I am able to turn on the torch, accept calls but I cant see anything apart from the yellow screen. I have the phone for almost 1.6 years and it did not even last 2 years . I contacted the apple customer service and they said to visit the apple repair store . This should not have happened but they cant do anything as its out of warrenty . I visited the apple repair store and they said that the screen will get replaced costing 26k . They said they cant do anything else enless apple launch a service program as many users of this model are facing the issue. There is no place to complaint only a feedback option.
After paying so much 1lac20k for the phone I am expected to invest more on the phone when its not my fault . There is no physical damage, never dropped the phone, no moisture issue and still its happening . They did not even provide us with the reason of why its happening .
The incident happened on 11 july 2023.
I just want my phone repaired with gurantee that this will not happen again
