Dear Sir,
My name is Amarjit Singh, resident of Dehradun, Uttrakhand. Today I’ve bought new Samsung Refrigerator, Model No. RS21HSTPN1 from your one of the distributor in Dehradun (Invoice attached).
When refrigerator was delivered and opened in front of your company executive, I was shocked to see dents on front door and back body (pictures attached).
I am surprised the way it was handled and no one checked before delivering to customer. I’ve spent money to get better product and service but seems company is just sitting to take money and no one bothered about product quality getting delivered and customer satisfaction.
As per company executive, he took photographs and promised to replaced front door but what about back body where dent is there. I think they can’t change back body of refrigerator.
I’ve few concerns as listed below:-
1. Who is checking product quality before dispatching to customer.
2. Why company is not sending sufficient persons to deliver product when I already told that my flat is on 4th floor.
3. What if I want replacement of this product as I’ve not even switched on when I saw dented product.
