I have applied for new pan card on 12th April 2025 through e-sign/e-kyc mode. I have got my acknowledgement number ([protected]). On completion of the process i have received message like below.

If you have digitally signed your application using esign/ekyc then there is no need to forward physical documents."

I used NSDL website to update my PAN card and to request for a new PAN card with updated details on 27th Nov 2023 online on NDSL website.
I got the temporary token number - [protected], and then filled all fields and at the final page went to pay the fee by online payment through Bill Desk and UPI.
After making the required payment, the amount got deducted from my bank account but when redirecting back to NSDL...
Didn't get charges back even after contacting customer care support.

On 8th April Saturday 2023, i filled up the form to make a new pan card with token number of [protected] and also paid the payment of
Rs 106.90 payment was successful and money deducted but further pan card process has failed. So i want my deducted money...
I tried to fill the pan application through the nsdl website and selected the e-sign verification process. after filling in all the required details it took me to the payment page and I have made my payment of Rs. 106.90 using Paytm.
The payment got deducted and it took me to 'your request cannot be processed, please try after some time. I am not able to proceed further.
Your e-KYC/e-Sign based request has failed hence you cannot proceed the application with e-KYC /e- Sign mode. Kindly generate new token and proceed with physical mode. Kindly note that you will get refund of the PAN application in next seven working days.
