Aramex Couriers — attention!! aramex shipment ref#:- [protected] shipped to wrong destination due to courier partner's mistake

With utter disappointment i am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction in terms of shipping my courier to kingdom saudi arabia to my brother's address.

Shipment tracking#: - [protected] was shipped from bangalore, india on 07/06/20 through one of the aramex courier service offices located in jeevanahalli, bangalore, india

I spoke to mr. Umesh who handles shipping for aramex & handed over medicines along with proper prescription & medical bills to be shipped to the following address: -

Landmark: - near madeena mini market

Mr. Umesh selected the wrong destination as khaibar (Another place near madeena al - munnawara) at the time of registering the shipment. I raised the issue with the concerned aramex courier partner & told mr. Umesh that the final destination is not correct & asked him to make the correction. However mr. Umesh has not done any corrections so far & the shipment has reached madeena instead of abqaiq al - khubar al - janubiyah causing unwanted delay in getting the courier shipped to my brother as those are the daily medicines that my brother needs to take & i am certainly not happy with the lethargic service delivery & absolute intolerant way of handling my shipment by your local courier partner. It is indeed because of the mistake of mr. Umesh now my brother has not taken the medicine & is very much upset with aramex delivery quality & turn times. I never expected aramex international to be so stupid in terms of not selecting the correct city where the shipment needs to reach & more over there was not even a single call made to my brother as the address of the shipment shows al-khubar not khaibar which is located nearby madeena al-munnawara. I want strict action to be taken for this latency. I shall never again avail services from aramex & would not refer anyone to ever experience this kind of pathetic service.

I want the shipment to reach my brother's place latest by tomorrow afternoon & i demand a plan of action on what needs to be corrected by your staff for mishandling & delaying the delivery even after knowing the content of the shipment was medicines.
