We had invested rs.5000.00 with araya plantation & farm developers ltd., regd. Office:2/283 vishwas khand gomti nagar lucknow and head office: "karm bhumi", b-955 sector-'a' mahanagar, lucknow-226006 on 21/04/1998 for 01 units of teak tree under their scheme unit-ii @ rs.2500.00 each. We were issued a certificate no.
Dd 3855 on 13 august 1995, folio no. 14951 / 95. The company had issued 16 warrants from sr. No.6738 r 114951 to sr. No.6752 r 114951 amounting rs 450/- to be paid by the company between[protected] to[protected]. But the company is not responding to our repeated reminders.
The company is again requested to pay the warrant amount along with upto date interest to us. Our changed address as follows may also be noted.
