Sir,
My client smt. Memwati devi with her husbund resident of village Ismailpur PO Nisoi District Bareilly applied for teak trees plantation scheme and company issued a certificate no DD 1931 Folio no 12202/94 in their favour and promised to pay twenty year old two teak trees or rupees 65000/- each to them on or after 12/12/2014. But no payment has been paid out to my client till now....

Office:2/283 vishwas khand gomti nagar lucknow and head office: "karm bhumi", b-955 sector-'a' mahanagar, lucknow-226006 on 21/04/1998 for 01 units of teak tree under their scheme unit-ii @ rs.2500.00 each. We were issued a certificate no.
