Ashok Tours And Travels — Unscheduled passengers in the bus

While my friend, Nikita Goswami was travelling from Gurgaon to Bhilwara via bus booked from Ashok Tours and Travels, office located in Delhi, PNR - VNNV8U8, the bus personnel, inspite of all seats being occupied, allowed villagers/passengers to board the bus for intra-village commuting, allowing them to board/sleep on the aisle. The incident took place on 6th of November 2015. This kind of business is an invasion of our privacy where we are being charged huge amounts of Money as tickets price and the bus is loading people as if it was a vegetable kart or a Transport truck. I demand a reimbursement for the same and proper inspection in this matter such that this does not happen again with any other commuter.
