Myself dhannajaya i have registered quickr service from you on 27th november 2019 in the name ashok tours and travels.

As you guys told at the time of registration you will provide 2 leads per week. But till now i didn't receive any leads from your side and more over if i call to concern person she is not even picking my call.

Taking this as serious kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible...

On 27 apr 2017 i have booked air india flight ticket from guwahati to calicut and back for 10 may 2017 on the website of ashaok tours and travels. But i have not received an itinerary or email/sms feedback in this regard. Tried many times to contact customer care but failed. Finally a reply received today saying ' lodge a complaint by email to [protected]@itdctravels.com. And you will get your refund.'

While my friend, Nikita Goswami was travelling from Gurgaon to Bhilwara via bus booked from Ashok Tours and Travels, office located in Delhi, PNR - VNNV8U8, the bus personnel, inspite of all seats being occupied, allowed villagers/passengers to board the bus for intra-village commuting, allowing them to board/sleep on the aisle.
