Respected Sir,
I visited Red fort premises with 3 family members and booked online ticket for Red Fort with Museum which I am attaching for the reference.
I paid total of 228 including for utility service charge but We were told that Museum has closed at 5 PM .It was not mentioned anywhere while booking tickets as well so many of visitors has done this .
So kindly I request you to please refund the additional amount for Museum for which services has not been utilised .
