Respected Sir,
I visited Red fort premises with 3 family members and booked online ticket for Red Fort with Museum which I am attaching for the reference.
I paid total of 228 including for utility service charge but We were told that Museum has closed at 5 PM .It was not mentioned anywhere while booking tickets as well so many of visitors has done this .
So kindly I request you to please refund the additional amount...

I booked 2 online tickets for Qutub minar, Delhi from the website
I opened the website and made payment of Rs.71.65 using my upi id.
I approved the payment from Amazon pay app.
Amount is deducted from the bank account buttickets were not genereted and payment pageshowed that payment failed.
I request you to pls look into the matter andrefund my amount.
Transaction date and time is- 12.03.22 12:36 pmbr...
