Assam Power Distribution Company Limited — too many corruption take place.

With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of apdcl. My consumer id is[protected]. My bill amount is -3430. Just a little while ago i visited sarthebari's apdcl office to paid my bill amount but office staff imposed rs - 400 extra in my bill amount when i wanted to know why they imposed rs-400 extra in my bill amount they replied that this is official tax. So i want to know who give the authority to imposing this tax? This office also not give bill paid receipt to the consumer. When i asked this question to s. D. O. He said to me"# get lost". So i want to know why he slung me? There are so many illegal activities take place in this office. Today i wanted to paid half of my bill amount but office staff refused to accept my amount. So i kindly request to apdcl please help me and also take action to the ferocious s. D. O. If you not take action to the corrupted s. D. O. Then you ready to watch huge fight.
