I called to inquire about charges to send parcel for more than 20 kg and was given rate of 450 per kg for sending through fedex and i send it on[protected] paying that rate for 26 kg.
While after that i see advertisement in news paper dated[protected], the charges were 430 for sending usa fast service for more than 20 kg.
I called their office and they ask me to send advertisement and the tracking number which i send, and then they refuse to send me the refund of 520 rupees.
This is nothing but the cheating with the customer who honestly believe their rates on phone.
Also the girl name khusbu talked to me very rudely and ask me to come to office and talk to the owner. Was this information helpful? |
