[Resolved]  Astha International — DELAY AND NON DELIVERY OF DOCUMENTS.

reg my feedback and complaint TO DTDC fdb0026351

mr.ketan chauhan, mr. manoj (HO), MR. rajesh NEEM and entire staff at ahmedabad ashram road ho of DTDC Courier is non co-operative and useless.
Non of the below documents were vere delivered on time, which can be verified from the details of the Doc no. z[protected]we havestill not received), z87133412, z 90339738, c 24981288,
DTDC Courier never bother to deliver documents on time and never bother to call and let us know they cannot deliver the cover so that we may collect it and always deliver our courier to some other place intentionally, so that they may say that it was deliver to some other party few days back and today they have rectified their mistake.

Its really very sad and very regretful that instead of my so many calls to their higher post people they are not understanding the urgency of documents we send thorugh this dtdc courier...their ho phone always go no reply that you may check by yourself also[protected]-[protected]-26577020...if some ever bother to pick up the phone once in 24 hours they will refuse to provide any dteails o[censored]ndelivered cover as it is not in their preview...miss nita, mr alkesh and one more lady who really dont have manners to speak to customers...

you can verify your service from Ahsram road HO in Ahmedabad from other costmers also that it is very poor and bad and worst and whatever is more worst than this

I am running into heavy financial losses if interst and many other losses of late delivery cancellation of orders etc...due to their fatal and worst services...

I kindly request your goodself to please look into the matters and od the needful. 3 times my payment of more than 3 lacs was held with them for more than seven days for which i had pay interest to banks and in the last document Z90339819 IT CONTAINED FORM "c" AND ROAD PERMITS FORM aDANI wILAMRE bUNDI DUE WHICH I COULDN'T DELIVER MATERIAL ON TIME AND HNECE MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BY THE PARTY.
