Astradeal.com — Wrong item delivered against woodland shoe

Hi Team,
I placed an order ( order no[protected] for Woodland shoe of amount 1999/- but on 8 Jan 2016, I got the delivery( Product Delivered Id:10485) of Slippers and packet of VIM powder instead of woodland shoes. I paid the due amount of 1999/- to delivery boy and when I opened the bag in front of delivery boy, it contains the wrong items.

I intimated to customer care team same time when delivery bay was also there. customer care team confirms that it was order for woodland shoe but wrong material has been dispatched, they will take care of this issue and resolved it ion next 72 hours. I Have seen same incident has occurs with others also and it seems that this is not a mistake.

but it is still not resolved and I am not getting any response from astradeal.
