Respected Sir,
I am a resident of hyderbad and belong to a middle class family. I was browsing my Facebook account and I saw an add wherein I saw a pair of woodland shoes who's cost is somewhere around 3200.00 in the market was for just 1999.00. I thought I could save 1200 and order two pairs of woodland shoes, but then I wanted to cancel the shoes and didn't get the option to cancel it on website. However, later I changed my mind and thought, to take it as it was Cash on delivery. I got the parcel on 12th Jan 2016 and Iwas excited and paid the amount to the delivery person. But when I opened it, there was 1 pair of Slippers and a pack of shabeena washing powder in each box. But as I opened the parcel the delivery boy refused to take it back and asked me to call the call center and report it. I called the person on [protected] and they told me that they will re-dispatch, my order and no need to return the items and also asked me to cc their manager and provided me his email id ([protected]@astradeal.com). I emailed them and never got any response and in 2 days they even stopped responding to my calls too. Sir now, when I am calling that number it is showing busy, it's an indication that its not only me but there are many other who were cheated by this website. When i went on website its showing as if it is a fake website. no proper information. Even you can check there are no return instructions/ no FB account / No twwiter account. not registerd site. I request your Team to please look in to the website and you will make it . I don't know why I had a fall in this pit. Belwo are the details of the wesite and my order.
