Asus — Abnormal heating causing pain to ears , SIM slot1 not functioning

I have purchased one ASUS Zenfhone 2 through flip Kart. The following are the details:- Model No:- ASUS_Z00AD ( ZE551ML) Invoice No: #BLR_WFLD[protected] DT[protected] Product number FSN: MOBE6CG6JGMYDZAS WID: VJ27916 IMEI/Serial No. [protected]. Unfortunately due to abnormal warming up causing pain to ears I can not use this particular hand set. Initially no SIM was inserted for few days, but now the problem has been detected. The SIM slot1 also seems not working. At this point I can not point out of any other problem if it is there.
