I have purchased Asus RT N 16 router, which still has 15 months of warranty period left.
Now the device has stopped working, when i contacted the local Service/RMA center, they are saying the device can not be repaired and they are offering a cash refund which is much less than my purchase invoice.
I need to understand that as a customer what is the benefit I get by paying extra price and buying product with original bill and paying all taxes, when i don't get any warranty support.
I expect company to either repair Device Or provide me a replacement Or refund by purchase price. Was this information helpful? |
