ASUS zenfone 5 MOBILE PHONE with S.No. E6AZCY814245 under warranty has stopped working its flash light and speaker then i have given to Guwahati service center for service after 6 working days when i asked them regarding the status of the service, they asked me to pay around 1500. when i am telling them it is under warranty, they replied me that there is liquid damage, my mobile is never sink with water . I am really shocked by the service centers request the same case also i read on the complaints forum, why this happen in ASUS service center only. please make some correction in your service center to attract and keep your customer, if no change i may not going for ASUS product. really it is annoying to hear such thing from a big company like ASUS Hailu G. +[protected]
