I had purchased an asus zenfone max 3 on 13/aug/2018, but i can't used it for a single day because there was touch problem in this asus mobile from first day, then i submitted it in their servicing center, silchar assam, after submitting they said it will take a month for replacement. I never expect it from a company like asus. I spent rs.9000 for a new mobile but it will in my hand after a month, will i spend a month without a mobile, don't asus company have any responsibilities for their customer. If a mobile giving problem from firstday then asus company should replace it within a day, its their fault not customer's. I hope you will take a neccassary action to solve it soon.
