On 24/12/2018 i ordered a laptop which turned out to be defective and i requested an immediate return (Processed on 25/12/2018) and very conveniently the company said it would look into it (Technician visit) before 30/12. Today it is further extended to 31/12.
My point: it takes corporations 2 days (The product is a flipkart exclusive guaranteed 2 day delivery in my address) to delivery a new product but 2 weeks (?!!!) to resolve genuine and immediate issues from converted customers. Clearly fleecing customers and increasing revenues are priority no.1.
Request immediate resolution through product replacement (Flipkart has conveniently denied return and my money saved over a year is now stuck with them during this crucial holiday season).
