I am very sad to write about this, that I have sent my Motherboard (ASUS-Z270F) for a VGA issue repair to [Asus Service Center, Near Natraj Cinema, Behind Capri Trade Centre, Dehradun].
He told me that its costs 3200 for repair, I said OK & pay Rs. 3200 via UPI. When motherboard reached me after repair, motherboard have the same issue of VGA. I called Mr. Rahul and inform him that my motherboard still has the same problem then Mr. Rahul told me that put any another processor in it and then re-check again. So, I change the processor but motherboard have the same problem. Then he said that send the motherboard again with your processor and RAM so I sent the whole kit including core i5 7th Gen Processor, corsair 8GB DDR4 RAM, WD M.2. 256 GB SSD and Asus Z270F Motherboard. When the courier reached him, he told me that your motherboard is physically damaged and it can’t be repaired. he also said that the box is broken by courier service and he sent me pics of motherboard and its box (attached all necessary photos). when I asked him that are you doing the unboxing under CCTV he said yes and when I asked him to show me the footage o[censored]nboxing that motherboard is broken in box, he said No and said the I am sending it back to you. I lodge a complaint against him on ASUS Care Support and DTDC courier too on 14.10.2021 and in two days DTDC courier send me the copy receiving of box in healthy condition at Asus Service Center, Dehradun. And when I asked him that why you received a damaged box by the courier service, you might denied for receiving a damage box. He did not answer. I have all chat history and conversation call recordings. That motherboard is damaged by them. and its a month passed and all the time when i called to asus costumer care all executives told me the same thing that our team is working on this and the concern team will contact you an next 72 hours and provide a solution for this. Kindly look into the matter seriously. He is ruining the prestigious image of ASUS. I have sent him Rs. 60, 000 components of my PC on behalf of ASUS not Mr. xxxxxxx.
