Asus — Asus Vivo Tab New - four and half months of waiting still not delivered

I have handed over my Asus vivo tab grand new to service center in Hyderabad on 18th July 2014. (RMA INY7470059 / SN D1OKAS044607) It is more than four months now. No body responds properly. Every time I am on the phone for more than 45 minutes. They say we are escalating the issue. I have never seen any worst service such as Asus in my life. Please do something and get them to respond to my issue and solve it immediately
