Dear Sir, I am Purchase your Asus Zenfone 5 from Flipkart.com as on date 18.7.2014, whiten 2 months my mobile not working, I am requesting to Flipkart toexchange it but they told our replacement is only 30 days, you will go to Asus service centre, So I am going to Surat on 24.9.2014 hand over my mobile they told me that Part coming from company, whenever mobile is ready we will call you take 2 to 3 days. Details of Service Form RMA Number INR8490016, Model E6AZCY330875 But Till Date my mobile not ready they told me mobile board is dead so waiting for mobile board Till not received Please help me, I will hope of best quality and service form you So please understand take action to repair or exchange it.
