I purchased Asus Zenphone 5 as I had a need of dual sim mobile for office. I used to recommend people this brand but my first service experience is very bad.
I went to F1 Solutions for service and they said that water has gone into cell.
This is absurd because up to my knowledge it has never been in water. Moreover if it had been all the parts will be destroyed.
I felt like I had no say whatsoever in the matter and have to pay out of my pocket even when the product is in warranty.
Theyare hiding behind F1 service vendor...
