Asus — Back to school offer

I had registered for Asus back to school offer and made a payment of Rs890 by debit card on 08.09.2015 for the Asus back to school kit against my claim n.o. 70143. My kit was supposed to be despatched by 10 day s of payment. I called several times in their provided contact number and was assured several times falsely regarding despatch of my kit. Since last week even their helpline n.o. is not reachable. I feel cheated by Asus. Please help me.
