Asus — Claim not received

I have bought one asus laptop. then I got offer . my claim number is ASUS31086. I have paid my claim amount but still I'm not receiving my claim Item.I called many times on ASUS Back to School Offer help-desk contact number but No one Respond properly and I have send mail many times but same problem no-reply from ASUS Back to School Offer help desk.
