This is to inform you that after three services and ten days of first service, the service centre is still not able to identify the problem. They have changed the motherboard, battery, display but the problem still persists. If this is a manufacturing defect then why don't you replaced the device? Why should I suffer continuously? Today I had visited your service centre at 4:30 pm and left the place at 7:15 pm but the matter was not solved. After my recommendation my two friends had purchased Zenphon5. Now when I am sharing my problem with them, they are scared about your service. The device costs Rs9999/- and that is not a small amount. I am afraid if your service continues in this way then the day is not very far when you may loose the faith and sincerity of your customers.
I have a Zenfone 5 and purchased on Oct2014.
