I am writing to you to complain about the Asus Zenfone 5, I bought from Flipkart the online store on 16th January, 2015. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last 4 years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, however, this time I am dissatisfied with the service you have provided.
The mobile telephone I ordered was the latest smart phone, the Asus Zenfone 5, 16GB My reasons for choosing this model was that you advertised it on your website as having Corning Gorilla Glass, 2 GB RAM, etc... but within a period of 4 months its screen display is not working properly as its half of display is flooded with lines and no character diplays on it. And the executive at asus care told me that this failure is not included in warranty. along with over heating of this handset, I cant attend a single incoming call. due to this I lost lot of my clients and lost so many money and it affect my goodwill also.I didnt expect this from a reputed company like ASUS. So please help me about this matter or otherwise dont provide warranty with your phones as you doesn't provide the benefits of warranty to your customers.
So now I am in a position to complaint this to Indian consumer complaint forum and all other social medias about this. being an emerging company like you affect it very much. so for these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement handset. I look forward to your immediate response.
